Igår var jag med Kim på Hollywood Fringe för att se urpremiären av Peter Foldys pjäs Penetration, en komedi om kärlek och att följa sitt hjärta oavsett vilka hinder eller motsättningar som står i vägen. Den lilla salongen på Complex Theater i Hollywood var fylld till sista stol och vi fick en underhållande knapp timme där.
Efter föreställningen åkte vi med Peter och hans vänner till El Coyote för att fira premiären och hans födelsedag. God mat och supertrevligt med intressanta och roliga konversationer om allt från historien bakom en av Peters hitlåtar till druvor i mikrovågsugnar till walkie talkies till tidsresor.
När restaurangen stängde åkte vi till en i gängets hus och fortsatte kvällen/natten uppe på taket med mer konversationer samt gitarrspel och sång nästan tills solen gick upp. Det var längesen jag hade en sån rolig, intressant och inspirerande kväll.

Last night I went with Kim to the Hollywood Fringe festival to see the opening of Peter Foldy’s play Penetration, a comedy about love and to follow your heart no matter what obstacles and conflicts you’ll meet on the way. The theater was filled to the last seat and we all enjoyed the entertaining hour we got in there.
After the show we went with Peter and his friends to El Coyote to celebrate the premiere and also Peter’s birthday. Delicious food and super nice, with interesting and fun conversations about everything from the story behind one of Peter’s greatest hits, to grapes in microwave ovens to walkie talkies to time travel.
When the restaurant closed continued the evening/night at the roof top of one of Peter’s friend’s with more conversations, playing the guitar and singing almost until the sun rose. It was quite a long time since I had such a fun, interesting and inspiring evening.
