Jag har sagt det förut, men jag säger det igen: en av de bästa sakerna med mitt jobb är att man får komma till platser man kanske aldrig skulle ha kommit till annars. I helgen fick jag åka till nationalparken Angels Crest norr om Los Angeles för att spela in en reklamfilm. Vägen upp i bergen var slingrig och lång och jag både mötte och körde förbi många cyklister på vägen. Tur att de fanns! Jag trodde att jag hade kört fel och de hade stenkoll på var jag var och hur långt jag hade kvar. Väl framme var det bara att vänta på teamet. De filmade en annan scen innan min och jag visste att de hade blivit lite försenade, men eftersom jag inte hade någon mottagning på mobilen kunde jag varken bli nådd eller nå dem. Två timmar senare kom de äntligen 🙂 Sen gick vi in i nationalparken och försökte störa hajkarna så lite som möjligt medan vi filmade. Efter allt regn vi haft i januari var det skönt att få lite sol. Och dessutom i en sån otroligt vacker miljö. Jag kommer definitivt att åka tillbaka!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: one of the best things with my job is that I get to see places I otherwise wouldn’t have known about. This past weekend I got to go to Angel Crest National Forest north of Los Angeles to shoot a commercial. The road up in the mountain was winding and long and I both met and passed a lot of bicyclists. I’m really happy that I did! I thought I’d gone the wrong way, but they knew exactly where we were and how far I was from the location. When I then finally got there I just had to wait for the team. They were filming another scene and I knew that they were a bit behind schedule, but since I didn’t have any reception on my phone I couldn’t be reached nor contact them. Two hours later they finally showed up 🙂 We walked in the national forest for a bit and tried not to be in the way of all hikers when we got to our filming location. After all the rain in January it was so nice to finally get some sun. Especially in such a beautiful surrounding. I will definitely go back!
